RIFLE. Cal. 32 WCF (32-20). S# 866325. Bbl. 24" octagon. Marbles No. 3 bead front sight, original sporting rear sight, with Lyman tang sight. Button mag. Blue finish. Walnut forearm and straight grip stock, with crescent steel buttplate. Mfg. in 1918. CONDITION: bbl. retains 75% bright original blue with scattered mild pinprick oxidation. Action retains small amounts of original blue, with balance to fading to brown. Original wood finish shows light wear, with scattered scratches and marks. Mechanically fine. Bore is bright, with strong rifling show a few small spots of frosting. (25-1738/DS). CURIO. $3,000-4,000.
